      Pros

      There is work from home flexibility, fun office culture, and wonderful people. Cleobella is a small company allows you to be apart of a lot of different areas you won't normally get to at a larger company. There is so much to learn, and room for growth!

      Cons

      As Cleobella grows so does the work! Luckily management is very understanding and still push for a good work life balance :)

      Pros

      Literally the best company and founders I have ever worked for. I've been in the fashion and jewelry industry for over a decade and it can be a toxic and aggressive industry. Cleobella's staff truly works as a team to support one another and it's been such a breath of fresh air. I can honestly say that I look forward to going to work.

      Small team so we all wear many hats. Keeps things interesting!

      Unfriendly staff, very unwelcoming, did not encourage growth or creativity gave me tasks far beneath my skill level, bad pay
