Pros

Results-oriented approach means your contributions count wherever you are on the org chart. Management and executives are communicative and provide excellent support to the engineering and research teams. Small size and a great community make the company agile and able to allocate resources where they can have the greatest impact. Aggressive timelines and growth mean there are constant opportunities to tackle challenging problems and advance within the company.

Cons

Small size means a demanding workload, but this is mitigated by a team who provides generous support.

Working at Clerio has been an incredible experience. A great place to grow and learn about really cool technology that can have a huge societal impact. Good location, great team. The work environment is fun and laid back.
