They treat everyone as if they are stealing, on drugs and lazy. Most of the management micromanage so bad they attempt to save every penny by cutting corners and screwing employees while dollars are going out the door. Good benefits due to the union contract, but I am sure that is to change once the current contract has expired.

Upper management are out of touch with reality, they say they want change but do nothing with suggestions, way out of date computer systems. They pay their technicians horribly at a minimum 10k or more less per year than other competitors, it’s a joke.
