Same as any other “mom and pop” shop.

No communication Management is full of inexperienced individuals that failed everywhere else. Nobody puts effort into making things better for the company. Whole mindset from all employees is collect paycheck and go home. Every single department is mismanaged They pick favorites and go out of their way to make your job/life harder if they don’t like you. They will make you work 6 days a week 9.5 hours a day and you’re not allowed any exceptions unless it’s in writing the day you start. Cars have been stolen in the parking lot “Break room” doesn’t even have a fridge Hr failed to do responsibilities in a timely manner causing me to get my health insurance a month late. Repeated attempts at trying to correct some of these have been ignored by hr, supervisors, and even the ceo.
