      Work life balance Good benefits Good vacation and sick time

      Cons

      Senior management is a mess. There is a good ol boys network. If you are a white or a man, you will do well here. HR has no power to make decisions or function the way HR should. Senior management makes all HR decisions. There are a lot of scandalous things happening that are hidden from the CEO by Senior Management team.

      Pros

      I enjoyed my time assisting tenants and landlords with the rental assistance program. CHN is a great company doing great things in Cleveland and Detroit. We worked remotely so I can't speak to the office culture.

      Cons

      Rental program was ended more abruptly than expected. They needed more people in accounting to meet the demand of processing payments.
