      It is a fast-paced environment where you will learn a great deal and gain valuable experience. They pay for certifications and have a growth plan.

      Cons

      Not a con, but because it's fast-paced, it can be stressful at times, but it's probably the best entry job you can have in tech

      Certification and drive is a requirement. If you’re working here, you’re doing what you love.

      Pros

      A great work environment. Valuable exposure to all aspects of business IT. Paid for certification and training. Highly polished systems and procedures. Excellent equipment. Great management.

      Cons

      Training is a must. This isn't a place to coast. Not a downside for me but heres your one con thats more than 5 words.
