Pros

Nice office space, well stocked refrigerators

Cons

Are you a low performing millennial who thinks everything you do you should be rewarded and never criticized? Are you a starving actor/stand-up comedian whose spouse has finally said, "Get a real job or I'm leaving you"? Do you have ambitions that aspire to nothing greater than showing up 9:30ish and leaving at 5pm on the dot? Are you more worried about the feelings of other people than about actually accomplishing any real work? Well congratulations have we got an employer for you! Welcome to cleverbridge, where you will never work very hard because no one is held accountable because it might hurt their feelings to be told they're not doing a good job, where most of the management is thoroughly incompetent and so lacking in self-awareness and conflict averse that they cannot resolve any issues they have in running the business, and having certain members of leadership missing in action for 6+ months doesn't help. And don't forget you'll have the fun of dealing with your German colleagues who are on holiday for 1-2 days a week every other week who then add on their own holiday time for long weekends, and so if you have to work with them, well, good luck ever getting anything accomplished. But what really matters at this failing company is that you understand each other's emotions, personalities and behaviors through CONSTANT reminding about the company's VALUES (which most do not begin to practice) or about what "color" you are because, you know, if you know that then you are truly set up for success in life despite learning NOTHING about your actual field while working here.

Pros

I really enjoyed working with my team and the culture. They've got fun holiday parties, group outings, events, and a fully stocked fridge as well as a gym reimbursement.

Cons

Management lacks interpersonal communication skills. I had one of the worst micro-managers I've ever experienced in my professional career here. The turnover rate for my specific department (sales) was unbelievable. Sales people who later went on to have extended careers at Facebook and LinkedIn (so that right there should tell you something about their value). I constantly felt unappreciated regardless of how hard I worked. I was talked down to and talked over regularly during team meetings by my manager which led me to just remain quiet. I stopped bringing forward ideas for improvement and innovation because he would disagree with me seconds after I opened my mouth. His attitude destroyed creativity and collaboration to the point that I dreaded every meeting and even going into the office. I tried my best to put a smile on and work with him but he single handedly ruined my experience working here. Once I put my two weeks notice in, he didn't even bother talking to me, which I found to be petty, unprofessional, and embarrassing for the company. My next job was a dream compared to this. None of the perks or benefits in the world matter if you don't feel appreciated or valued for your effort. Salary was extremely low. I left and immediately started at over $20k more (again actual individual value vs what this company sees in people). I liked Craig, the CEO, and didn't have any issues with him whatsoever. Very likeable, personable, and enjoyable to talk to. I could tell he cared about people's individual growth. Unfortunately, the only issue was the company keeping this specific traveling sales manager around who they continued to promote up the ranks despite numerous HR complaints against him. Look at the other reviews and the rating on here. They're spot on.
