Pros

Energetic environment of a start up, value for work is there, flexible working hours, great parties

Cons

Disorganised and chaotic environment, u r valued more if u r a beautiful girl, guys at the top are always after u, including CEO (married and has a kid) who is himself involved with HR (got fired after his wife came to know), CEO doesn't know how to talk to anyone, CTO doesn't know what he is doing all the time, expects to work as if there is no personal life.

No work life balance Consistent stress CEO does not care about anyone and has mood swings on how to handle things People have been fired right after they came back from their wedding leave (because change in plans and moods) Do not get attracted to the salary They might convince that things have improved, or other places are the same. That is not the truth.

A very young company with a young bunch of people. They mostly hire freshers straight out of college... Very energetic and talented

Cons

Unprofessional, insecure bunch of people who want to hire experienced and talented people but don't know how to handle them and retain them. Stubborn to the core, can't handle criticism. They want to become a Google but it takes a lot to even be just .00001 percent of what Google is... N there are no such signs
