1. Higher Management have got to understand that at the end of the day , we are all human , doing work in a tight timeline is ok , but forcing the employees to work daily for 12-15 hours and even on weekends in inhumane . The silly thing being , most of the time they know that the timeline was faulty. 2. Stupid point : Time restrictions on Table Tennis 3.
