Pros

Management is young, cool and flexible, with great vision and ambition, but also very friendly and relatable. We are all working together with great team effort to make car care easy for our customers. There are quarterly or more social events organised by the people rep team, who put great effort into keeping the team bonded and entertained. We currently have access to Hubble passes, so we can choose from hundreds and hundreds of offices all across the world to work at should we want to. It's the best environment I ever worked in. I feel valued and safe. Innovation is one of ClickMechanic's core values, so they are always supportive and are pushing for self-development. You'll never feel stuck.

Cons

Being still a start-up-ish company, salaries are naturally not on the higher end of the scale, but they compensate with all the perks and benefits and the great culture they created.

Pros

* Great colleagues: the company has created clear culture & shared values which created a great working environment and is probably the reason barely anyone leaves! * Delivering real value: you get to work on a meaningful problem and provide a service that your friends and family can use. * Remote first: WFH is the default with occasional office days for those who what them. * Learning opportunities: Innovation time and training budgets on offer.

Cons

Pretty minor point, but if I had to think of something: * Although the remote first culture gives tons of flexibility, it may not be for everyone especially if you like to be working in close proximity to colleagues. The company doesn’t force people to join office days or social events which means you may only see some colleagues on rare occasions.
