Pros
Very friendly people to collaborate with. Senior leaders and head of department provide clear vision every now and then. You always can have a say for things you care about.
Cons
The location is a bit off to the main transportation so it's about 20 minutes walk from train station. But if you would love to have a stroll along the beautiful Prymont area it won't be a con.
