      Small, family feel. Genuinely nice people from Snr Management down

      Cons

      Very busy at times, with resourcing issues in some departments making things tricky, but no worse than any other company within the industry

      They have a good break area in the MD office

      Cons

      The employees in the MD office are 95% Indian. So much for diversity. I would assume this is because the other 95% of the races are not qualified. I guess Apple, Amazon, and Google must be lucky as they seem to find a very diverse group of employees. Then again, maybe they do it because they can threaten them by sending them back to India if they do not do exactly as they are told.

      Average Market Salary You will feel at home in office building if you are from southern part of India. Good place for people who doesn't want to put effort to learn new technologies in market since your peers will be old school veterans sitting here for years on ancient technologies. Free breakfast once a month perhaps you will be saving $5. And YES, they have FREE Soda and Coffee too. Company provides a coffee mug & water bottle for your use during your tenure. P.S.- There is no cups/glass stocked in Pantry, so you if you loose yours - don't worry you will find a way to quench your thirst. Less then 5% yearly bonus for lucky associates. P.S - Your luck is decided by how good of a apple polisher your manager is and if he is Kevin Spacey of house of cards in real life. If you want to know who these Kevin Spacey's are before you join the company - find the guys who have written 4-5 stars rating on glass door :)

      Cons

      Frequent layoffs with zero day notice. Typical H1-B shop who makes money by exploiting employees in multiple ways. Old school/ Unprofessional/Unethical Leaders. Company is at a saturation level for years , management has no idea on how to grow perhaps the only way to make so some revenue is firing people.
