Tied to contracts for company success.

Transitioning from a small business to a large and having to compete in full and open.

There's a lack of cohesive leadership and communication. The benefits got worse and it seems they don't want to take care of the people financially that have been with the company for an extended period of time.

Little room for career growth. Raises have been disappointing.

CSA doesn't have any CONS that I can think to reveal other than it's a job

*HR department is pretty much non-existent / very slow to respond. *The pay is below what other contract companies offer here in Germany *Due to the contract having to be rebid every couple of years the stability of the position is reliant upon the company winning the next bid or the willingness of the next company to re-hire the current staff.

This company is not one for pay increases, not even cost of living raises. Been working for them for a few years and not a single salary increase even with excellent yearly reviews.

No bench time once project is over W2 contracts

HR Department will ignore your emails and just plain does NOT care!
