      Pros

      Not alot of pros for this place. Guess the only pro is that they were never late with the paycheck.

      Cons

      Facility managers have no experience, dont have a clue as to what they are doing!! Wont listen to the guys in the fiels who are actually doing the work! They feel threatened that "lower" employees know more than them and eliminate their position, no severance package... just throw you out like yesterdays garbage with no consideration of how they devoted their lives to this company.

      Caring and forward looking management, lots of overtime, huge variety of jobs keeps it interesting, new shop reduces maintenance turnaround on equipment and trucks, large number of steady clients, valued name in the industry, services mostly Florida and southern states, oil spill removal organization (OSRO) with U.S.C.G. BOA, stresses safety in all tasks, lots of training.

      Cons

      Currently President position is empty forcing managers to improvise with mixed results; high paced sales, taking on all jobs, stresses equipment and people; challenging pathway to middle-management with family-owned business stressing cost reduction to stay competitive; C-level are buddies, squashing upward mobility.
