Management aka boss is highly unstable, no proper job description, expects you to take care of her personal chores as well. No professional ethics. No value for talent

While I was generally treated well, I couldn’t stand the way the owner treated other employees. Gossiping about the employees with others. Berating and belittling the staff. Spreading gossip and sharing people’s personal information with other team members and sometimes customers. There were daily temper tantrums thrown by the owner because she would change her mind and not let everyone else know and then became mad when they weren’t doing what she wanted (because she never told them). She once tried to belittle me in front of the entire office but I put my foot down to inform her that she was free to find someone else to do the job. That was the one and only time she came after me but it was a regular occurrence to try and shame an individual employee at the weekly staff meetings. Everyday was walking on eggshells. You wouldn’t know what kind of mood the owner would be in and had to brace for the worst. It was more often the worst. The way she speaks to and about people is disgusting. I couldn’t bare to watch it any longer and that is why I left.
