Pros

Exposure to multiple client bases Some staff are helpful and friendly

Cons

Horrendous management - don't listen to their staff Unrealistic expectations No career progression No ongoing training provided let alone encouraged High staff turnaround, you can see why. Insane hours and expectations, you end up doing tasks well outside of the scope of your job description

You're right, it is a fast paced industry where hours can vary and one that's continually evolving. It's certainly not 9 to 5:) There is a lot of variety and on-the-job learning and enrichment which is encouraged. We're sorry to hear the journey couldn't be continued with you - but thank you for your comments as we're always looking to improve. If you're up to it, we'd be keen to learn more on the specifics of your experience. Please email hr@cliftons.com and we can chat further.

Has potential but Think hard before a move here

Pros

Some good people on the ground, good level of access to middle management most of the time, great clients and can meet lots of people depending on which area you work.

Cons

No real strategy, lots of bouncing between directions and goals based apparently on the whims or financial needs of the owner. Board and senior management group is a boys club many of which have "returned" after trying their luck unsuccessfully elsewhere. Lack of funds for improvements like IT or training.
