Pros

Can't think of any right now

Cons

Undercutting and condescending is what you can look forward to experiencing here. Casey is pretentious and has a plan to boot you when you don't agree with her.

Pros

The people on the ground floor (the people actually doing the work) generally want to do good; both for the quality of the product and for their clients and fellow co-workers

Cons

Leadership is essentially a complete failure on many, many fronts. All the time I've worked there they could never figure it out. We went through 3-4 different leads (including an instance of 6 months with no leads at all - which, surprise, was the most productive time of all) and they ALL either bailed as soon as they possibly could, or they spoke truth to other leads pulling people in the wrong direction and were also (likely) wrongfully terminated. The ones that are left are complete sycophants only looking out for their own selfish interests, and could care less how the end product looks or performs. They extol virtues and values on their "about us" page but they rarely take their own advice. AVOID WORKING HERE AT ALL COSTS!

Pros

No one is openly racist or misogynistic so that's nice.

Cons

There are many problems with Climb too numerous to count, so here's some simple warnings to those seeking gainful employment here: Climb's #1 priority is the simply the bottom line, bar none, as well as protecting it's extremely poor "leadership". No one will ever take responsibility for their actions nor will you see many leads attempt to garner trust that is earned in any way. Get ready to get an up-close view of what under the bus looks like. You WILL be laid off to pad the quarterly profits if you are not in a leadership position, or you will quit because you were burned out, used and abused. The CEO once stated that "companies with turnover numbers this massive are normal." No they are NOT. Save yourself the mental anguish from working on a system that is so messy and resistant to change. DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SELF WORTH.
