Pros
The people were nice and there was some support in place for training. The hybrid working scheme was also a life saver and made the job actually workable!
Cons
The new management team completely drove myself and many colleagues away from the company. Mark Wright, the old owner, was so supportive and genuinely cared about my successes and my struggles, however the new owners made themselves so scarcely available for employees, and suggestions for improvements in the working environment went ignored. This had an impact on the work we fulfilled for clients, and it seemed as though we were working on a quantity over quality basis, which as a project manager drove me away from the company.
