      Great start up company with huge growing potential. Friendly and supportive team.

      International market place and time zone can be challenging.

      Pros

      Opportunity to take ownership of your work and shine. Willingness of every employee to help their co-workers do their best work and develop new skills. Freedom and trust to do your job to the best of your ability. Casual working environment. Ability to work from home on occasion once work ethic and discipline has been proven.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to switch off . . . Tendency to always feel the need to be available — on weekends, evenings etc.
