- Cleanliness isn't maintained. There are lots of mosquitos, cockroaches and even occasional visits of rats. Some people have suffered from Dengue and Malaria in the past. Toilets are not cleaned and sometimes have been found soiled.
- The company doesn't provide any health coverage despite being in the healthcare sector.
- Most of the office employees have to use their own laptops to do their work. Those who do not have one are provided with outdated and sub standard systems that break down often. Even the graphic designer's system takes 4 hours to render a 20-30 minute video.
- When salary cuts are something prevalent during the lockdown, there was a salary cut for the technical and sales team. But, the product team got full salaries and they are not a revenue generating team till date. There shouldn't be any salary disparities within an organization.
- Old employees are not valued after a certain point of time and the company runs on interns they hire from colleges for 3 - 6 months.
- The level of knowledge of the processes are very primitive.
- Scope of growth within the organization is limited.
- Favoritism and internal politics is something which affects processes and company decisions a lot.
- The work hours had become much more during the lockdown than what when we were working in the office. Work reports are demanded in which a time to time assessment of our work was done. There is not leeway and every minute of the work was questioned when under scrutiny.
- There is no proper hierarchy maintained within the organization. Suddenly, an intern (who lacks experience) can come and lead an employee who has been working for years. Apart from that, roles are never defined. Strategies change on a daily basis, which causes role changes and in turn just hampers the process.
- Treatment of employees when they leave the organization is not good.
