Pros

Nice office. Nice people. Good company goals.

Cons

No socializing. Always in a rush. Managers disconnected from staff. HR that won’t even admit it’s HR. No respect to job applicants (make them wait over a month with no response). No gradual pay raise

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We genuinely appreciate hearing from current and former team members, and we understand why this platform can feel like an appealing outlet. Whenever possible, we do encourage concerns to be shared directly with a People Operations team member or manager so we can address them in real time, but we’re grateful for the insight you’ve provided here. We’re glad to hear you had positive experiences with the office environment, the people, and our company goals. At the same time, we’re sorry to learn that some aspects of your experience fell short of expectations. To offer some context: Social Connection: We do provide a variety of opportunities to socialize—both formally and informally—and we’re always open to suggestions for how to strengthen connection across teams. People Operations: Our People Ops team works hard every day to support employees, improve processes, and communicate transparently. While we don’t always use the traditional “HR” label, our goal is the same: to be accessible, helpful, and engaged. Interview Timelines: We recognize that coordinating schedules across departments can make our interview process longer than we’d like. This is an area we continue to refine, and we apologize to anyone who has experienced delays or lack of communication. Pay Structure: Our pay raise process is company-wide and based on both market competitiveness and individual merit. We aim for fairness, equity, and transparency in how compensation decisions are made. We truly value honest feedback like yours. It helps us learn, grow, and better support our teams and applicants. If you’re open to continuing the conversation, our door is always open.

Pros

The culture. We have a friendly collaborative culture that allow us to be creative and really focus to the work to be done while solving very complex problems. Executive management is extremely open on how the company is doing and where it is going.

Cons

The collaborative culture means finance is deeply involved in every part of the business—rewarding, but it keeps you on your toes!
