Pros

An attendance policy is non-existent thus the reason days off are extremely flexible.

Cons

High turnover, no effective training (you sit with someone for an hour and they assume you're a pro), no manager on site to provide any guidance, MAJOR micro-management and tattling to the practice manager who works from home, they literally make patients pay for their mistakes, the practice manager violates conflicts of interests daily but will nitpick everything you do through emails, staff has no respect for the providers, this place is in the hands of the worst possible people ever.

Pros

Flexible; great practice owner who is very responsive

Cons

At times, it gets very busy and might feel a little disorganized. If you are a very organized person who knows how to prioritize, you will thrive.
