Working here you will be underpaid, and undertrained and will appear just as a person in a seat to upper management. They care more about whether you show up to work than if you do a good job. The culture was bleak and everyone seemed miserable. As I left they were starting to roll back some of the few benefits to working there that they had. The HR department is borderline incompetent so good luck if you need them for any reason.
You can only get fired based on attendance, very little to no experience needed, great location, gym included in benefits, HSA included, great people on the floor
Cons
Terrible pay w/very little room to grow, awfully high turnover rate, poor management, very little training w/high-volume work, lack of care of acknowledgement of employees, very little PTO (no sick time), lack of trust in supervisors, horrible burnout and a generally miserable environment
