Pros

The training and the few things I learned. That's it.

Cons

- Overall toxic and exhausting work atmosphere. - People were constantly irritated and miserable, including senior colleagues and managers. - Nothing ever feels good enough for them. - Good work goes completely ignored, but the second something goes wrong, the blame comes down immediately and aggressively!
