      Nothing much. There is no Pros for working in this company

      My Top 5 Cons 1. No clarity in work 2. No Clint's for the company 3. Salary not on time 4. Employee satisfaction or grievance will never be heard by the top management 5. No Job Security you can be fired any movement. If you ask for the reason you will get One line answer stating "Organisational Re-structuring". This list goes on.
