Pros
- Good mission in theory; some talented individual contributors. - Opportunity to work on interesting clinical data.
Cons
The management culture is heavily focused on micromanagement rather than mentorship. There is an adversarial tone during the training period, where new hires are held to extreme scrutiny before they’ve been fully onboarded. When systemic or project-level delays occur, the culture tends toward shifting blame onto junior staff rather than addressing process gaps. This leads to a "revolving door" for new talent, as the environment doesn't allow for a safe learning curve.
