      Unfair hiring process with little respect for candidates' time

      Pros

      I cannot recommend this hiring process. Candidates are expected to invest a significant amount of unpaid time completing a detailed case study and progressing through multiple interview stages before receiving a decision. I spent many hours preparing and completing the required assessments, only to receive a generic rejection at the end of the process. It felt like there was very little respect for the time and effort candidates were expected to invest.

      Job seekers should be aware that this process demands a considerable time commitment with no guarantee that their effort will be meaningfully acknowledged.

      Schedule flexibility, Facility variety, Gaining skills such as adaptability

      Cons

      Availability of shifts can vary greatly causing unreliability in steady income, strict contract guidelines making it hard if "life" happens, slow loading of app causing technical issues and errors with clocking in/out and location tracking, last minute cancelations by facilities can be frustrating
