Pros

This is my first position in the gaming industry but I am having a blast. There is great opportunity for growth and you are compensated fairly. The team is really great, everyone is super nice and very helpful. Everyone checks in to ensure that you have all the equipment and tools you need to be successful. Even though we are working through a pandemic, management has done their best to ensure that everyone feels connected and is in communication with each other.

Cons

Not a con of the company but working through a pandemic has changed things so I actually haven't been able to meet my coworkers in person.

I've found my home! I represent one of the top Bingo games on the market, there is opportunity for growth, and every day is a new challenge. Great culture too! We have regular outings and I'm the Dungeon Master of our Dungeons & Dragons night! :)

Yields rewarding results when the audience is thrilled with the product - Great team building and social events

Cons

- Currently working on titles that may not fit an applicants preferred genre or demographic - non flex hours / no working from home
