      Pros

      Dynamic, fast-paced environment, supports new creative & technological solutions, allows for some individual freedom and self-management, demands initiative and responsible behavior

      Cons

      Requires that employees can deal with flat hierarchies, light-weight processes, and constantly changing tasks/requirements, i.e. people who rely on strict guidelines, close supervision/guidance or stable routines will not be happy.

      Very interesting work with a nice team

      Pros

      - people are very nice and friendly, and that also includes the leadership team - you work in a very interesting and fast-moving field - international team, so you get to know different cultures. - everyone is open-minded and tolerant - you will learn a lot - fun events - leadership team is very interested in and open for feedback - possibility to work independently - very nice office, good atmosphere - shops, restaurants, doctors etc. close to the office

      - it tends to be a bit noisy at the office

      - Lots of responsibility early on - Flat hierarchy - Move fast and deploy asap without a lot of formal procedures. - Nice offices - Cool product. - Good equipment - Good salary

      - Can feel hectic if you're the kind of person who likes a lot of planning and organization.
