      Resilient coworkers who continue to support each other through every hot mess this facility throws at us.

      Cons

      If you are not able to handle high stress situations; this is not the place for you. Unsafe staff to patient ratios, short staffing, no security team for aggressive patients, no support from upper leadership team, CEO lacks the knowledge to effectively assist floor staff, on call leader rarely answers, . This list can go on.

      None. There is nothing good about this place.

      Cons

      5 hr directors, 3 clinical directors, 4 CNOs, 2 Admissions directors, 3 CEOs all have quit or been fired! People leave for a reason it is a mess! Extremely toxic and unsafe. Some staff quit before orientation was done and the State should have their own conference room because they were there all the time. Look up state reviews! I am surprised they are still open!
