      Great unless you're not management's favorite

      Pros

      Working with designers and getting some design experience. Opened up some doors.

      Cons

      Also closed some doors. Favorites. Favorites. Favorites. No job advancement unless you're a favorite. The pay is a joke and we're still doing a draw? Go to a place that actually offers a base salary or you're not going to make any money.

      Marketing is too notch, the peers for the most part are great and the supporting staff is wonderful.

      Cons

      Upper management and owners have some of the most questionable ethics and integrity when it comes to business and HR.
