THE WORST COMPANY I have come across. I was interviewed in Oct 2021 and was supposed to join the company in Dec 2021 as a Sr. Business Development Manager. The following was clearly discussed during the interview process: 1) I will only be involved in lead conversion and not generation and they negotiated by mentioning that I will only be involved in lead conversion. 2) My monthly targets would be the cost of the total project closed. The company's HR/COO who is also the wife (I got to know this later) of the director of the company told me a lot of good things like time flexibility, incentives on exceeding quarterly targets, etc. I found their offer quite good and ignored all other offers in hand. Later, they opened their cards one by one, thus putting me in a very bad condition: 1) I will be assigned a couple of tech stacks in which I have to close the projects. 2) The incentives will be calculated only on the tech stack assigned to me. And 50% of the cost will be considered if I close projects in another tech stack. Still, I was okay and joined the company. The real face of this company I saw during the incubation process when they revealed to me the following: 1) I have to start bidding on Upwork and search for leads on LinkedIn. Regarding the leads, there was no assurance provided to me. 2) My targets wouldn't be calculated on the cost of the total project but on the invoice generated during the quarter. The first day these things were revealed to me and I couldn't think of continuing further with this company. While I was dreaming of converting the leads, achieving the targets, and making incentives, these people made things quite complicated during the joining process. I couldn't even think of proceeding further with this company on the very first day of joining. Guys, honestly speaking, I have never ever come across such a company in my life. When I tried clarifying the concerns after I joined the company, the HR/COO asked their IT guy to drop me an email to return the laptop. And then try to pretend that the mail was supposed to be sent to some other person with the same name. It's really an unprofessional step. If you really want to join this company, make sure to clarify everything properly. Otherwise, you might fall into a trap. I have read other reviews where people have mentioned various concerns like salary is not received on time, infrastructure is not good, management is not good, pressurized to work on weekends and all. My last company was 1000x times better than this company. I immediately took the decision not to join the company to save my professional and personal life. Hope you too!!

I worked only for a day and it was remote. I can't say anything else apart from what I experienced in a day.

We had 4 joiners during that period, all of whom have been with us for over a year. 2. Business development at Clixlogix operates based on an internal mechanism, not solely on the total projects closed. Assigning specific tech stacks is a standard practice in IT sales teams to ensure specialization. The incentive structure you mentioned does not align with our existing policies and is pretty much baked into our CRM system that auto-calculates this with zero manual intervention. We have been applauded by our current and ex sales team members for the level of transparency in how they are calculated and disbursed. 4. We have a dedicated lead generation team, and our business development managers are not expected to perform these tasks. Our target calculation process is transparent and straightforward. 5. We believe in giving every role and every individual a fair chance. It's essential to understand the company's processes and culture before drawing conclusions. 6. Our exit processes are streamlined and automated through our HRMS system. Exit emails come only from designated HR representatives, ensuring professionalism and clarity. 7. While we respect every individual's perspective, we also take pride in the positive reviews shared by our long-serving current and ex-team members. We have always prioritized employee well-being and maintain a clear policy regarding work hours. In conclusion, our records don't match the described short-term employment. Pros

They just provide with work from home which I think is an advantage for people looking out for remote jobs.

Cons

I have never seen a company so careless about employees mental health. Worst part is your salary will come on second week of every month. So reschedule your EMI's accordingly. No job security whatsoever.

nothing they are liers -they cheat theit employees and do not give salary on time

Cons

-Cheap management -If you use phone for 5 min owner will come to your seat -they keep track on how much time you take in toilet also
