Clocktower Group takes a very collaborative approach to everything they do in working on projects with coworkers, building close relationships with clients, and taking a partnership approach to investing. The people are great to work with and everyone has the opportunity to make an impact on the business. I really appreciate how employees are treated as adults in having flexible work policies and an understanding of personal needs. There is a strong focus on being healthy, with a personal trainer coming in to do workouts by the ocean (optional) and the weekly farmers' market stockpile. I think the firm's constant innovation from like-minded, hard-working individuals and over the top client-service approach has been the key to the firm's success and continued growth. It has truly been an amazing place to work.
