      Fantastic work environment with a team that truly cares about the individual. Work oriented office with fantastic results.

      Jumping from project to project. Not uncommon with interns. Really no cons.

      Pros

      Great company culture. Fair pay. Clear and conscientious leadership. A company that has a clear mission to help heal the environment. Working alongside a pioneer in the field of sustainable design was extremely gratifying. I learned a lot. Clodagh was a strong leader who was always looking to not only help me advance in my skills but also was mindful of my workload. She took good care of me and was open to my suggestions. I lived working with the designers, human resources manager and the entire staff. We were a family.
