      Can't think of any. Unless you count going home at the end of every day.

      Cons

      Everything. You work in fear. It's like being in prison. And whatever you do do make a mistake honest or otherwise.

      Colleagues are the only good thing about that place. Ton of hours but under paid.

      Ton of micromanagement Fear is the incentive to work harder and longer Long hours of work with few breaks Standing all day long If you’re not management then “you’re easily replaceable” said by the owner.

      It's a job and a paycheck.

      Cons

      Boss hovering all the time. They're management style is intimidation. You never work fast enough. Weekends and holidays are scheduled shifts. Straight time for those days.
