Pros
I've been working here for a few years and it's been really *really* nice. The people are super fun, friendly, and supportive – and everyone works together really well. Other good stuff: - Workload is very reasonable, chill vibes, but consistent progress - Culture is fun, but avoids that gross "family" vibe some start-ups go for - Everyone has a real impact on the business which feels rewarding - Great compensation - Lots of opportunity for independent learning - Great place for career growth
Cons
Since it's a smaller company, it doesn't offer some of the perks a big tech company might have (yet).
