Cons

CEO is very rude and treats employees as slaves (Avoid this company if you are working directly with this person). HR and management require full attention. Salaries are lower than the market average. No working hours flexibility, you get a salary deduction if you finger-print one minute after 7:30. Lack of teambuilding activities.
