      • 8 hours work timing

      Cons

      • No Process • Relatives work together at senior level so you cant say anything they all will behave in the same way • No hygiene in the company • very bad management • No one can take decisions • Projects are also not intresting • Strict no breaks during 8 hours

      1. onshore and offshore link is not managed 2. Micro management 3. work pressure to complete something which is not in the plan 4. Team have a very limited knowledge 5. Management keeps promoting the people who are not worth it. just because they are obedient.
