Pros

Put your head down and work, you will receive accolades, recognition and if you can project yourself properly in annual appraisal and negotiate properly you will prosper. Given a 4 rating, because I happened to meet few exceptional folks and me completing my 2-3 Professional goals.

Cons

Most of the people here are mediocre / average at best. The company essentially is running essentially due to 30-40% of the hard working and great talent, rest are piggy backing.

Since its just 3 year old company it needs to improve on setting few process streamlined like HR, Finance etc.
