Pros

Competent coworkers, great culture, a commitment to doing things right instead of fast. Generally any open questions can be addressed quickly in Slack. We're not large enough yet that bureaucracy is a blocker.

Cons

Highly flexible product tooling means a lot of support requests for config. Onboarding is missing a little bit of hand holding. Digging in the docs + asking questions is still the norm.

Flexible hours and very friendly work community. There is a virtual "open-door" policy where anyone is always willing to assist you with whatever you may need. Higher-ups want to help you grow and take on more responsibility.
