      Good “learning center” as its nickname in the field is, you will work on big projects

      Cons

      The Managment is in Shambles, no hierarchy what so ever, managers are clueless, especially in Tech, they dont know what they are doing, putting Juniors in top Projects and putting people that doesnt have the skill set on projects that requires it, Salaries are WAY below the market average and you get hustled for your money, no overtime and if you did you have to prove it in a very bad way, Emotions have a really big effect in this company and will affect your Salary and your position in this company, simply a very naïve, unprofessional and toxic environent

      Good place if you want to start your career only start.

      Unfortunately, my experience with Cloud 11 was quite disappointing. The company suffers from poor management and disorganized operations. Salaries are significantly below market standards, which makes it difficult to feel valued or motivated. What was most upsetting is how I was treated after leaving the company — unprofessional behavior and inappropriate remarks were made about me, which shows a serious lack of integrity and respect.
