Pros
I worked at Cloud4Wi as a Frontend Developer between 2018 and 2019. During this period, I had the opportunity to learn a lot, particularly about React.js and company structure. The people were very warm and welcoming, creating a nice and supportive environment. The kickoff events were enjoyable and helped build a strong team spirit. The company had an international vibe, which was enriching and added to the overall positive experience.
Cons
The company was a bit disorganized at times, which occasionally made it challenging to work efficiently. The CTOs were sometimes not as attentive as needed, which affected the decision-making process and project management.
