It's start up like with zero sense of process and structure. The company is outdated comparing to other Esports org. The best senior management got let go and so did our team over an email. Lack of empathy from new senior management and lack of structure and process. On the same let go email mentioned they can help us work on our resume? What a joke. No positive outlook for high up or new senior management.

-High turnover rate, no respect for people who helped their brand. Only cares about a select few veteran workers. -Staff is really disorganized and it takes weeks to get responses. -They often forget about the players/content creators and there is a lot of favoritism, and unequal opportunities yet they won't help out new hires -They don't care about anyone's mental health or providing any resources for players. -Seemed like just collecting a paycheck -No security, you can just be laid off out of nowhere -Shoddy crypto sponsors that you are forced to be associated with -Company is filled with unsuitable hires and embarrassing handling of their social media -They only care about how much money you make them, but no good demonstration of integrity, values or even doing well in esports -Very weird staff members
