      Too many cooks! so many so called manager and none of them have a clue what to do and nothing gets done. Broken promises Different rules for different offices makes working together very awkward Feedback and concerns no dealt with

      Finance department was an absolute shambles

      Pros

      In general most of the team were lovely, supportive and happy to help where they could. The business is going through an exciting change.

      Cons

      The FD would force you to work into the night and to skip lunches. TOIL was promised and then taken away. So many longstanding team members left due to him - the constant put downs and lack of encouragement from the FD was awful. Clearly a competent person, but absolutely zero people skills. Such a shame.
