Everything! don’t get excited if you get a job here, it will hardly take you a single week to realize what a trap this company is! A funny yet true incident: During the interview process, I asked about the working hours and got this response - “From 10am to 11pm, but sometimes you might need to be a little flexible and work a bit late, as it’s a startup environment.” I thought it was a joke, but they were serious!

Everything is a con here. The work pressure, chaotic environment. Continuously firing and replacing employees instead of trying to retain them. I had even decided to leave this place and sit at home with peace. You don’t feel valued. Your works are not appreciated. All the good & knowledgable employees are no more working full time. They go beyond and above whether it is the QA team, Design team or Dev team..but they are allllll mostly part timers now. And those working Full time managers now are very toxic and know nothing. Just pretend and do what the CEO asks. The HR…no words…HR is supposed to work for the employees and the employer. Here they only care about themselves. It’s a bunch of people playing dirty politics which the CEO is not able to acknowledge. Leave policies are crazy. Everytime you have to ask every single person and even the CEO. The company is a mid sized company. But the minds of people who run it is still very small. If you take this job… you will not be the same. I took this offer among many other offers I had at that time. There is not a single day I regret.
