      -Unlimited vacation and other nice perks -Good location near public transportation and city center

      Cons

      - No clear leadership or leader - Promised product features are never delivered. - Four engineering managers in last year (either resigned, or fired) - Squabbling executive team lurches new direction every quarter - Team members fired without reason or cause

      - Hard working co-workers filling gaps where they can - Well stocked kitchen - Good equipment provided - Nice office location

      Cons

      - Leadership seems centered around filling schedules with meetings to avoid doing actual work. -No market research being done which leads to some embarrassing calls. - Work with little or no direction and then faulted when not fulfilling the vision that never existed to begin with. - Bait and switch employment with fake titles by other company standards. - Sell ahead strategy is years away compared to reality. - Message asked to sell feels misleading and not the product the company has.

      Pros

      Had a nice and competent team.

      Cons

      hire and fire culture, laid off 1/3 of the company without warning. No transparency into the business needs that caused it. Burned bridges immediately to those and other employees that left the company.
