      Pros

      Everyone pulls together, no seperation between management and shop floor. The machines are and inspection equipment are brand new and top of the line. Good level of support from managers.

      Cons

      It's a small team so you have to help out.

      - The company/your team really cares about you - Working from home - Company offers good benefits and provides financial support for at home set up/equipment - Hard work is recognized and rewarded - Transparency and clear goals set - Company wide meeting on a yearly basis that is in person - Everyone at the company really cares about our mission and works hard to support our customers and each other
