Pros
On my way out of AOL I started hunting around the valley for my next gig. This is a good time to be a product/UX person and I had a lot of meetings, a lot of interviews, and was on my way to several offers (I believe), but by far my experience with CloudOn was the best and in the end it was a no-brainer to accept the offer.
Cons
It's a startup so there isn't all of the luxuries of a Google or Facebook environment. Hours can be long and everyone has to wear many hats.
