Incredible systems and processes in place to mange and provide clear feedback to team members, even while remote. Friendly and welcoming team with an energetic and go-get-it culture. Deadlines, expectations, and revisions clearly communicated, and wins are celebrated and encouraged. Prompt and painless payment!

It's been amazing to be a part of the CloudPeeps team from very early on, and has given me the ability to really understand the trajectory of the company as a whole. One of the biggest pros of working at CloudPeeps is the commitment the team has to open communication and transparency. Working remotely can be a challenge, and it's been great to see how the team has remained committed to building a positive company culture regardless of location.
Another perk is the opportunity to be a part of an early stage team where I can get my hands dirty in a number of aspects of the company. Each day differs from the next, and that type of diversity was something that appealed to me from the very beginning of my work here.
Cons
As with any early stage startup, it can be daunting when you realize just how much work needs to be put in on a daily basis to make a company truly successful. Thankfully the leadership is committed to ensuring proper work/life balance for all team members, and recognizes the need for time to unplug.
- The staff at CloudPeeps really cares, understands and lives/breathes the space, and goes out of their way for both clients and Peeps.
- This kind of remote CM/contract work funnel needed to happen, so it's good that it exists from a company that cares about and understands the space (versus a company that just wants to exploit these kinds of workers).
- To the negative reviewers: Remember, you aren't reviewing *the companies* that CloudPeeps helps you find work, you're reviewing *CloudPeeps* -- which can't be held entirely responsible for unethical clients after you've started. Just let CloudPeeps know so they can assist you with setting boundaries with clients on your behalf!

Thanks for the feedback! We're working on improved ways for customers and Peeps to provide direct feedback to each other, and review relationships more often. One of the shifts to the time-based model (hourly) is that it allows Peeps to be fully compensated for their time, and better boundaries established.
