The company is run in an unprofessional way and has a toxic atmosphere. I was fired before even being given a proper hearing, and during my time there I was treated in a humiliating manner. There’s a lot of office politics, with people “stepping on each other’s toes” to get ahead. It often feels like constant gaslighting, trying to make you feel like you’re not good enough even when you are. Communication is poor, feedback isn’t constructive, and the overall atmosphere kills motivation and productivity.
